It seems that the highly anticipated collaboration of Nike and hip-hop artist Kanye West and their Nike Sportswear Air Yeezy will finally be releasing sometime in the near future. A lot of pictures have resurfaced the web after confirmation of the release was put out to the public via a press release. These sneakers were worn by Kanye West during a concert a while back and ever since they have created so much buzz online and in the streets. Kanye West actually went through the whole process of making this sneaker, it is not just a sneaker specifically tagged with his name on it. Mark Smith, Creative Director at Nike, said that West was a “truly creative talent” when asked about the process. The release was mentioned to originally be sometime last year, but the sneakers were pushed back. Now, it seems that the sneakers will be releasing this year which is great news to a lot of sneaker heads, Nike enthusiest, and Kany West fans.
