Yes it’s true! Jay-Z has created another music label and it goes by the name of StarRoc. Teaming up with the hit producers Stargate (the Norwegian duo, consisting of Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel S. Eriken), Star Roc will be the next business venture for the legendary hip-hop mogul. Stargat(responsible for Ne-Yo’s “So Sick” and Beyonce’s “Irreplaceable”), confirmed the news of the new label and will now be based out of Jay’s Manhattan “Roc the Mic” studio.

So what does this mean for Jay –Z’s future? The answer to this is probably……..ummm…….more money! Yeah, you know millionaires just can’t stop making money; they have to invest it in business ventures to make more of course. It’s good to see that some rappers at least make some wise decisions and don’t just blow off all their money on jewels and cars. So I guess now instead of “It’s the Roc” saying, now everyone is going to be saying “It’s the StarRoc!”
