A Philadelphia judge the other day (January 8,2008) ordered Beanie Sigel to sit for one whole day in federal prison for violation probation. Reportedly, Sigel was found in violating of his probation for a second time by being in contact with a convicted felon and going to Atlantic City, New Jersey without the court’s permission. Aside from having to sit in jail for a day, the Judge extended Sigels probation by eighteen months. Beans will have to spend the first six months of his probation at a halfway house and will be unable to travel to promote his latest album , The Solution As a Sigel fan myself all I wish is for the best for the brother and I hope that he in the further will pick better company especially while he is trying to get his spot back. I do understand though, that sometimes we have friends and family that are ex-felons or cons may have issues with the law, and according to the courts these are people that we are supposed to stay away from. The courts should understand the plight of the ex-felon due to the fact that we all have people like that we may know.
