Nehem has been with the company for only seven months, and in those seven months he has done nothing but get better and better. Nehem started off as a temp worker on Black Friday and through sheer hustle and determination earned himself a spot as a full time worker. Nehem continues to display great team and leadership skills. He continues to challenge himself and strives to gain all the tools he needs to take him to the next level, which will be in the near future if he keeps up the good work. I know I speak for the whole Kensington and Allegheny staff when I say we appreciate his hustle and we are proud of him.

JESSICA TEO

Jessica Teo started out her career at Sneaker Villa as an Operations Associate. From Jessica’s first day on the job, it was obvious that she was going to be a special addition to the company. She was, and continuous to be, very a dedicated and loyal employee and member of the Reading community, wanting to make a positive contribution. The level of self development that she has exhibited through her tenure has been exceptional.

She has recognized the value of leadership and carried the mantle by serving as an example to the other members of the team. Her dedication and hard work are her defining characteristics. She certainly has taken the Operations position to an entirely different level. There is a bright future for Jessica at Sneaker Villa. The sky is definitely the limit for her. Her continued commitment and drive will enable her to achieve. We thank Jessica for her performance and recognize her as the featured employee of the month.
