The Grand Opening Celebrations in Pittsburgh were a big success. We Opened two stores, one on 435 Wood Street and the other at 115 North Highland Ave. The community really embraced us in their neighborhoods. Wamo & Kiss radio stations put us on blast and helped us interact even more with our customers. We had games, giveaways, and special deals that kept our customer happy. We donated a total of $1000.00 to the Boys & Girls Club just to show our appreciation to the community. We had special guest appearances by Bruce Bruce the comedian at Wood St. and professional feather weight champion boxer Monty Meza Clay at our Highland St. store. The block party of all block parties was on 40th Lancaster Ave. this pass Saturday. Local artist came to this event and shut it down with no problem. We had sales, that people couldn’t believe were true. The Cadillac and Impala car club came siting low with love, if you know what I mean. We had special appearance from Sheryl Lee Ralph from the Moesha show, Councilwomen Blackwell and more. We even had moon bouncers for the children, free food, and sneaker giveaways. What more can one want at any block party. I don’t mean to pat ourselves on the back, but we really threw a hell of a party.
